Purpose of the course

Purpose of the course:

This 4 day course is designed to introduce delegates to the main requirements of MoD JSP 375, Chapter 5 - Petroleum Installations so that a Safe Systems of Work can be implemented, managed and controlled by competent persons on the MoD Estate.

On completion of the course, delegates will have the requisite knowledge to be able to identify typical petroleum installations, understand the risks, review safety documentation, check competencies, and ensure that the correct control measures are in place prior to permitting work to proceed.
